about us

You have invested heavily in your Laesser or Saurer Embroidery machines! This investment should yield a certain return on investment (ROI). This before mentioned ROI is calculated in our embroidery industry mainly on stitches per day (SPD).
But SPD is just ONE factor of a successful embroidery equation!

There is more to consider:

A) Raw material costs are defined by your suppliers. These can be controlled by carefully selecting the best suppliers; however, it is difficult to find best value for your money. It takes probably years for finding the sweet spot of best value for money.

B) Brand specific punching techniques (especially those newly developed high performance embroidery machines are heavily dependent on such before mentioned techniques) are easily ignored by Punchers who are not brand specific trained.

C) Finishing expenses are, by any means, in the hands of the Dye Houses. As it turns out, Dye Houses are dependent on their suppliers and chemicals used for finishing to the newest Eco Standards are pretty expensive.

D) Labor costs can be controlled and bargained down to a certain level. However, Government and Labor Department rules are strictly enforced here. There is not much room left for reducing your expenses below a certain limit.

E) Ever rising energy costs are beyond your control. These expenses can be reduced by investing in better insulation of your buildings, and modern, energy efficient engineered electrical devices. It also means, you will need to shell out more money before you may cut down your energy bill significantly!

Stick with us for a few moments to learn about how to get the highest returns from your machine investments with answers to the above questions, below:

Our well experienced European Puncher Network serves all embroidery machine brands (click here for a list of all supported brands) known.

Our network partners are located mostly in the Rhine Valley of Western Austria/Eastern Switzerland, considered there as The Old Wise Guys.

A) Raw material costs are defined by your suppliers.

Above materials are separated into basically two main categories:

  1. Fabrics, both kinds, woven as well as knitted (including a wide range of subcategories) and
  2. Yarns, two kinds, front as well as back yarns (of wide varieties of Cotton, Rayon, Polyester material, just to name a few). A few world brands (with an optimized yarn twist for high speed Laesser and Saurer) do have a proven record of suitability for Laesser as well as Saurer high speed embroidery machines. Setafil should also be mentioned here, as those yarns are available in both twists, optimized for Laesser AND Saurer.
Professional design punching considering basic rules of above mentioned materials run your embroidery machines with a minimum of yarn breaks.

B) Brand specific punching techniques (especially those newly developed high performance embroidery machines are heavily dependent on such before mentioned techniques) are easily ignored by Punchers who are not brand specific trained.

Our network’s punchers are:

  1. Educated at the Technical College of Embroidery of St. Gallen, or of Dornbirn, basic understanding of the industry, techniques and best practices of punching are learned from the start of their education and training.
  2. Our partners are constantly enrolling in numerous courses directly at Saurer and Laesser Development Centers in order to maintain their skill and experience with the latest punching techniques. Utilizing this wide knowledge and experience guarantees the highest numbers of A-Grade stitches per day (SPD).

A-Grade quality means top SPD, low mending costs/time, resulting in fast delivery of A-Grade embroidery quality goods.

C) Finishing expenses are, by any means, in the hands of the Dye Houses.

Our punching can not help reduce these fees, but keeping the dye house’s faults at a minimum reduces the cost more than a 5% discount of the dye house fee.  Strictly applying basic rules of embroidery gives you the edge above your competitors! Your woven as well as knitted fabrics will be dyed to exact finished widths, because underlayers are punched to natural fabric demands!  E.g.: our puncher’s e. g. leaf shapes (any pattern, therefore) and their underlayers get ‘stretchable’ up to a certain degree, following the fabric flexibility when it gets stretched by dyeing, thus keeping their proportions for an excellent look on the garment the end buyer purchases.

D) Labor costs can be controlled and bargained down to a certain level.

You can’t reduce these labor costs per worker beyond the limit controlled by the government; with our punches you reduce your work force per machine!
Reducing labor force per machine yields more profit than cutting down workers’ salaries.
Furthermore, well-running machines reduce the job burden, workers are happy, thus improving stitch counts as well as overall quality even more!

E) Ever rising energy costs are beyond your control.

Our punches increase stitches per day (SPD) achieved on your looms, thus, increasing profit with energy bills remaining at the same level prior using our service.
Energy costs (per 1000 stitch) calculated based on total energy expenses of production department divided by total number of stitches of the invoiced time of energy bill will result in smaller fees you pay for 1000 stitches.

Summarizing Benefits you gain utilizing Our Service:

Professionally punched designs, optimized for the particular brand/model as specified on our Take The Next Step page will run smoothly without needle and yarn damages, thus keeping your machines running with minimum downtime.

Numbers of stitches/days, taken from productions utilizing our service, are extraordinary. Chemical designs reaching up to 500,000 stitches/day (SPD). Our Clienteles are talking about a satisfactory production increase of 15 to 20%, with B-Grade reduced to below 1%!

With keeping the number of needle/yarn breaks down to maximum of six per machine load, goods are passing through your production plant in the shortest amount of time. Mending time is reduced to practically a few minutes per piece, metal detector of your shearing and packing device is practically jobless, too.
